first (and likely only) update!

-fixed some visual bugs related to the tutorial, and added text to make it clearer what to do

-in order to allow the player more time to think, motivation drain is now slowed when the player is between projects

-fixed more visual bugs and made it clear when the player is and isn't working on a project

-added two more "project" options to give more variety and because I felt like it :p
